Miss Turrell etarted badly and Miss Browne won the first two holes, but her opponent squared the match at Land's End. Miss Browne again drew ahead and tfas 4 up at the turn, having gone out in 45. She increased li6r lead at the next hole, and the next four holes were halved. At Shirley Miss Turrell was Iving snugly for a win, but her opponent holed a long putt to halve and win the match, 5 and 4. The final of the championship or the Christchurch Ladies' Golf Club will be played over 36 holes at the Shirley links to-day, beginning at 10.30 a.m. The finalint3 are Miss Maberley Beadel and Mrs Geoffrey Kingscote. A concert party, arranged by Mrs J. C.
