— CEREMONY AT WELLINGTON. UHE 33 ASSOCIATION TSLEGBAM.) WELLINGTON, AugUßt . 30. The Eev. John Hubert Dickinson, ALA., Oxford University, was consecrated a Bishop in St. Paul's pro-Cath-edral this mgrning, having been nominated to the office of assistant-Bishop of Melanesia. The Primate, Archbishop Averill, conducted the service, assisted by the Bishop of "Waibato, Dr. Cherrington, the Bishop of Wellington. Dr. Spvott, and the Bishop of Melanesia, the Rt. Rev. F. M. Molyneux. The lastnamed preached the sermon. Tfie Bishop of Dunedin, the Bishop of Christchurch, and the Bishop of Nelson were also present.
