Mr North hr.s an excellent baritone voice, and has been heard in important musical roles in Auckland and Punedin and other parts of New Zealand. This is practically his first appearance in Christchurch t and his programme is such as to cater for all tastes. Mis 3 Gladys Vincent (Mrs Francis Bate), Mho will assist, is too well known to require introduction to Chrietchurch audiences, who have followed her career as a violinist with interest. Miss Vincent has studied in Europe, and is undoubtedly one of the most brilliant of Christchurch-born musicians. Variety will be given to the x>rogramme by tho Oxford Terrace Baptist Church choir, specially augmented to nearly one hundred voices, which will contribute a selection of popular musical numbers under tho leadership of Air K.
