Subsequent to. the interview, a letter setting-out the posi--'tio« from the .Board's point ol view had been sent to -Mr Mac Gibbon, bnt n had not been received. Tho Board decided that it could not make a donation this year to the Couiv tennv • Agricultural and Pastcral Association's special prize fund.
