City Council, Arthur Anderson imposed on a Christehurcb tailor, and obtained £27 10s in change after paying n deposit on n suit and an overcoat, for which he was measured. He was admitte i to probation here this morning with a direction that ht3 take out a prohibition order, and an order was made that he repay £27 10s at, a rate to be fixed by tho Probation Officer.
