Cuthbert). e Tho statement of claim set out that plaintiff was riding his bicycle in Montreal street •when the defendant, who, plaintiff alleged, ■was driving negligently and unskilfully, collided with plaintiff, causing him injury and loss. He claimed £lO general damages and £4 2s lid special damages.
