APPEAL TO ROTARIANS. (UNITED PEISS ASSOCIATION—BT SLZOXMO TELIOBAPH—COPYRIGHT.) VIENNA, June 2S. The Rotary Conference has opened, 61 nations being represented by 700 delegates. Lord Robert Cecil passionately pleaded for disarmament. He said Rotary was the cultivation of friendliness. RotariElns were the cream of the professional and commercial classes, and the Disarmament Conference's success was vital to everything for which Rotary stood.
