•ANNUAL. MEETING. The annual meeting of the Dunedin Stock Exchange Proprietary, Ltd., was held on Friday. Mr E. R. Smith, chairman of directors, presided, and. there was a representative attendance of shareholders. The chairman, in moving tho adoption of the annual report and balancesheet, dealt exhaustively witli the position of the company; The motion was' seconded by Mr H. Barron, and carried, the dividend declared being a reduction of 2$ per cent, on the amount previously paid. Mr E. E.VSmith was re-elected a director oil the motion, of Mr C. F. Bennett t seconded by Mr £L W. Kcid.
