BELGIAN TOWN SHAKEN. (rJJITID PRMB ASSOCIATION— BT' ELECTRIC TSUSOKAPH—COPYBWHTJ (Kecoived May 22nd, 9 p.m.) BRUSSELS, May 22. Two oxplosions following a firo at the Cockerillo Engineering Works shook the town of Seraing. Windows were broken and the people rushed from their homes. Fifteen workmen were injured and one man is missing.
