Heavy casualties are r6ported as a result of an earthquake in three Soviet districts in Nakhichivan, Trahs-CaU-capla Many villages were wiped out aird more than 100 wets, killed and lijjui-ed. . . , 'xhe Gueriussin district, Armenia, wai. also affected, and villages were badly damaged. Tlier6 were numerous Casualties. M6dical aid and food are being dispatch od. HEAVY DEATH-ROLL. (Received April 30th, 8 p.m.) MOSCOW. April 30. The earthquake deatli-roll is at least 892. Tiflis was but there Were no casualties. The Soviet has decreed the payment of 2,000,000 roubles to the Government of Trans-Caucasia to supplement local relief.
