MALE VOICE CHOIR.
TO-NIGHT'S CONCERT. Music-lovers will welcome the reappearance of the Christchurch Male Voioe Choir tomorrow evening in the Civic Theatre, when the first concert o£ the new season will be presented Dr. .1. C. Bradshaw, the conductor, in arranging the programme, has taken extreme care to suit all tastes, as tho following items by world-famed writers will show: —"The Lincolnshire Poacher," "Loch Lomond." "Soldier Rest," "Sir Eglamorc," "On Lonely Heights," and the cantata, "Tho Sons of Art.'' In conjunction with the Cathedral boy choristers, the following will be sung:—"The Silver Swan," "Stars of the Summer Night," "Tho Sands of Dee," and "The Lowentoft Boat." In addition, there will be a number by the Cathedral boy choristers, a quartet by Messrs S. C. Andrews, H. Blakeley, It, Lake, and J. W. Richards, a solo by Mr R. S. H. Buchanan, and items for violin and piano by Mesdames A. C. Moysey and L, A. Wellbrock. Miss Ailcen Warren will act as accompanist aB usual. The box plans are now opon at The Bristol Piano Company.
