RELIGIOUS LIBERTY.
POLICY OF REPUBLIC. MADRID, April 27. The considerable week-end discussion on religious liberty has been clarified by a statement of Senor Fernando de loa Rios, Minister for Justice, who declared that the Government bad mere-, ly declared complete liberty, and banned official participation in church services; The whole question of Church and State will be considered by the new Parliament.
