The boarding-house known .as "Loloma," situated at Madeira was guttod by fire 7 a.m. Up the earthquake, the building was occu-pied-by Mrs Bofct, but it has . since been unoccupied. The building : was one saved from the earthquake fire .on February 3rd. . The .fire brigade suppressed the flames before they reunited in t'otal destruction. The property is owned by Mr B. L. A. Eogers.'^
