The Qhristchurch Harmonic Society's Concert offers opportunity for all who love good music to get refreshment for the mind, and entertainment for tired spirits. Many people ore Inclined to think that a concert such as this consists of a lot of singing which i* above the heads of the average person. This certainly may be said of some formß of entertainment* but not of the Harmonic Society's Concerts. The programmes are so well arranged, and so varied, they include music which gives pleasure to both mind and ear, and, whether musically inclined or not, the average person can enjoy them. The programme for this concert will include some brilliantly-written part-songs and choruses, us well as some of a lighter A&d tnori humor, ous type. MISS JOAN BONIFACE. The Principal Soloist will be a Pi&niste, Miss John Boniface, who is only 13 years old, was Silver Medallist N.Z. for 1929, and Gold Medallist for N.Z. 1930. (Senior Division). VOCAL SOLOISTS.
