RECONSTRUCTION OF THE WOODEND-RANGIORA HIGHWAY.—Good progress is being made by the contractors with the reconstruction of the secondary highway between JVoodend and Rangiora. Nearly two miles of the total of four miles has been completed. Workmen engaged on a section of the road yesterday.
