AEROPLANE WRECKED.

Early this morning the Wellington Aero Club's new Gipsy moth ZK-ABI3, piloted by Lanoe Terreni, just outside the seaward fence at the Rongotai aerodrome, and ivas almost totally wrecked. Terreni, who was flymg solo, escaped without injury. The mjipliine, which seemed to touch the roadway first, carried on and crashed into a wire fence. The wings were smashed the undercarriage twined mto a mass of tangled metal and wc#xl and the fabric portion of the tore part of the body was severely oroken. fhe extent of the «aina?e will not be estimated until a f»et.<Mled examination is made, but it - h"ppd that ifc> will br possible to re■»i < I if! the machine, The explanation appears to he that it stalled in p turn about fifty reet above the grouud.
