Ernest Russell, a garago employee, was compelled to hand over £2O to a couple of footpads who menaced him with a revolver at Waterloo, while at Paddington John Harris was waylaid by a man who searched his pockets and stole five shillings. POUR ARRESTS MADE. MELBOURNE, September 20. In connexion with the bank hold-up at the Brunswick branch of the Bank of New South Wales, a man has been charged with robbery under arms, a man and % woman have been charged with vagrancy, and another woman with receiving. \
