MATSON and CO. report!— The entry in this department comprised 5400 fat sheep, the major portion of whioh were light or plain sheep. One or two attractive consignments Of exhibition sheep wfere on offer, and met with keen competition, but sold irregularly at from last week's prices to an easier basis. Reviewing the Bale as a whole, we quote the market as irregular—some of the cousignmcnls came in for keen competition, and prices were reeofded in the vicinity of last week's valuos.
