CHILD DROWNED.

A girl aged three. Erica Ambridge, was found drowned in a creek at the back of her home at 69 Puriri street, Riccarton, last evening. The child was missed at 5.30 p.m.. and after a search had been made waa found about an hour later in the creek, which runs through the property at the baok of the house. A doctor was called, but efforts at artificial respiration were unsuccessful. The girl was a daughter of Mr B. A. Ambridge.
