PAVING WORK ON IHE MAIN NORTH HIGHWAY.—The work of paving the Main North | road in the Kaiapoi borough is now nearing completion. This portion of roadway is an important link in the Main North highway, as it connects the completed Waimakartri and Woodend sections.
