An Elizabeth (New Jersey) message states: One hundred were injured, 30 severely, when the Philadelphia express struck an automobile, derailing the engine and three coaches, which fell thirty feet to the street. A message from M one ton (New Brunswick) states: —Four were killed and 18 wore injured when a special train carrying A 1 Barnes's American cirous was wrecked early this morning near Canaan.
