The Supreme been lent for. the occasion, and the proceedings were successful from every' point-of.view.-; There was a good attendance; idna submitted papers; and the remarks pasted, by the judge on the student*': effort's' were interesting and helpful-. When a Judge conducts a sitting "in Chambers," he invites 'counsel to present his cap# Informally. Accordingly a number of members- of - the Society prepared papers, filed th*m -irith the "Registrar," Mr J. T. Watta.vand then read them.
