KAIKOURA CLUB. A stroke handicap was played on the South Bay links on Saturday afternoon. The ladies' competition was won by Miss M. Mackle with a net score of 75. J. Lovett won the men's handicap with a net score of 69. The following were tho best cards handed in:—
A member of the Kaikoura Club has joined tho Hole-in-One Olub. A. S. Robinson holed his toe shot at the eighth hole —103 yards—on Sunday afternoon. The custom of the royal and ancient gamo will be observed at the first suitable opportunity. CHRISTCHURCH LADIES» CLUB. A O Grade match played yesterday by the Chrlstchurch Ladies' Club for a trophy presented by the club professional, H. R. Elair, was won by Mrs H. S. Williams. HAWARDEN CLUB.
