There has been an interesting development at ths enquirv into the Mungana and Chillaaoe mining affairs, in which the former Premier of Queensland, Mr W. McCormack is concerned. Counsel for Mr McCormack has obtained an injunction restraining the [loyal Commission from producing or disclosing the whole or part of Mr MoCormtick's bank account. A special sittine of the Full Court has been arranged at '. which the legal position will be argued.
