A SURPLUS EXPECTED. (intiitn rams association—at iuktbio fXLSaSATB—COFTRIOHT.) DUBLIN, April 30. Estimating' ' the Budget - surplus at 213,000, the Finance Minister, Mr Ernest Blythej pointed out that there was no seed to increase the Free State taxation, Wnidh had now been stabilised.
