(Received March 31st, 9.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 31. Week-end meetings of the textile worked in Yorkshire have strengthened the belief of the trade unioii executives that they will cease work when the wages cuts take effect on April 12th Representatives of the Geiieral Council of the trade Union Congress are visiting Bradford arid they hope that tho Ministry of Labour will intervene to avert a prolonged stoppage, but at present there are no indications of either side giving way. Prayers for a wise and just settlement were offered in all Yorkshire Anglican and Free Church churches on Sunday.
