The steamer Maimoa, which reported yesterday that she was afire in No. 3 hold, has andhored in the roadstead at Fayal, Azores. ... A message from Horta states tnat the Maimoa's fire was extinguished by gas. VESSEL AT THE AZORES. [THE PBBSS Special Service.] WELLINGTON, February 11. Private advice has been received that the Shaw, Savill. and Albion liner Maimoa has anchored in the roadstead at Horta, the main port in the Azores, and that the fire in No. 3 hold has been extinguished. It was reported from London yesterday that the Maimoa, en route from Napier to London, had had an outbreak of fire in No 3 hold, and that she was making for the Azores.
