APPOINTMENTS AND TRANSFERS (Musi insocuTio* rtuEsjuv.) WELLINGTON, February 11. Numerous appointments and transfers of senior and staff school ihspec tors, to tsike effect from April Ist next are announced. ' Mr J. Ebbeftsoh, 8.A., B.Sc., of Napier, at present senior, inspector in charge of the Hawke's Bay district becomes senior inspector in charge of* the Auckland district, in succession to Mr.C. W. Garrard > B.A.* who retires Mr D. McCasklll, 8.A., staff inspec tor at Napier, will take Mr Robertson'* place as senior inspector in charge of the Hawke's Bay district. Mr A. McNeil, M.A,, senior inspector m charge of the Southland district becomes senior inspectbr in charge of the Canterbury district, in succession to Mr M. ,McLeod, 8.A., who retires Mr W. A SdrvhJe, M.A., -will take the place of Mr McNeil as Senior inspector in charge of the Southland district. * At ,?"£»*-■*** inspector at Wellington, Mr W. G.
