Garrard > B.A.* who retires Mr D. McCasklll, 8.A., staff inspec tor at Napier, will take Mr Robertson'* place as senior inspector in charge of the Hawke's Bay district. Mr A. McNeil, M.A,, senior inspector m charge of the Southland district becomes senior inspectbr in charge of the Canterbury district, in succession to Mr M. ,McLeod, 8.A., who retires Mr W.
