ALL-STEEL RAILWAY COACHES.
(Received February 11th, 8.55 p.m.) LONDON, February 11. The British railway companies, at the urgent request of Mr J. H. Thomas, Minister in charge of unemployment relief, are speeding up the substitution of all-steel coaches for the present types, which were built partly of wood.
