PICTURES BY TELEGRAPH.
SERVICE EXTENDED TO FRANKFURT. (.BRITISH OITICtAX WIIILM8.) (Received January 20th, 5.5, p.m.) RUGBY, January 19. The Postmaster-General announces that the picture telegraphy servic* recently established between Great Britain and Germany has been extended by the opening of a direct service between London and Frankfurt, in addition to that between London and Berlin. Picture telegrams for places other than Berlin and Frankfurt will be posted from whichever of these centres is the nearer.
