THE EX-KAISER.
ANOTHER OUTBURST REPORTED (united press association—by electbio TELEGBAPH—COPYRIGHT.) (Received January 20th, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 20. "You were all brought up to obey and serve. What have you done with your freedom? What would you do if President Hindenburg died ? I will tell you. You people would recail their Kaiser." This was an observation of the exKaiser to a German officer who was visiting him at Doom, according to the local newspaper. The officer respectfully suggested that the ground must first be piepared, to which Wilhelm rejoined: "That has already been done."
