Kor resisting the police he was fined £7 and costs. The evidence disclosed that, after using the bad language the accused followed a constable, and he had to be forcibly placed in a taxi. The Bench told him that but for his having no previous convictions ' he would have been sent to gaol. VAGRANTS. . Richard Coughlan was charged with being a rogue and a vagabond.
