The first wool sale of the season in South Canterbury will be held in the Theatre Uoval, Timaru. today, commencing at 9 a.m. The catalogue, in order of selling, is as follows: Bales. N.Z. Ltd. 3,21 d focal 12,357 The wool has not opened up in as g<,od condition as was the case at the hrst sale last year, hogget and wether v.xjol showing signs of dust as a result of turnip feeding. A hard winter has made some of the back-country wool tender.
