"Illogical as we women are often said to be, our common sense will never again allow us to sacrifice health to fashion after our delightful taste of freedom," savs the Marchioness of Queensberrv, in a letter to to-day s "Daily Mail." "Sensible, comfortable clothes are an asset to women in participation in the lives of men, if not the direct result of our independence. I advise women to band together to resist the of groundsweeping skirts."
