(Received November 24th, 11 p.m.) LONDON, November 24. A billiards match of phenomenal scoring ended heavily in favour of Idndrum, who on the final day exploited the open method of scoring. His first visit to the table produced 964, including two runs of 91 and 4fl consecutive close cannons. Other rotable breaks were compiled by open means. The match is memorable in L-indrum'a career, making in one week five breaks of more than a thousand: He also scored more points than anvone else in a fortnight, while the total, points ecored by both players exceed any total previously in a fortnight's play of one match. Finally Lindrum's average for one match ia 209 per innings, while Smith, though vanquished by 7983, had a fine average of 150. The final day at Manchester found Davis in fine form. During the afternoon he scored 1528, or an average of 254, while McConachv, with 547 or an average of 78, held at the interval a lead of 1458. Davis in the evening scored 1282. ox an average o£ 67.
