* DISCUSSION AT CONSERVATIVE CONFERENCE. SOME HEATED SCENES. (CKITEP TEESS ASSOCIATION— PI ELECTBIC TELEGRAPH LONDON, November 22. "It is known as the White Hart Agreement because it was negotiated at the White Hart Inn, but it should be called the White Feather Treaty," declared Sir Alfred Knox at the Conservative Association's conference, in seconding Commander Locker-Lam logon's motion of protest against the resumption of Anglo-Soviet relations till KUBsia had ceased propaganda and paid her debts. There were heated scenes and cries of: "Aro you an Englishman?" when Commander Arthur Mars-don said that liusaia owed him money, but it was not commonsense to say or do nothing till it is paid. He was prepared to support the motion if it only objected to recognition till guarantees to refrain from propaganda was provided. I The motion was agreed to. Another resolution opposed the evacuation of Egypt and the. abandonment ef Imperial preferences.
