SUBURBAN ASSOCIATION.

The monthly meeting of delegates to the Suburban Cricket Association was held last evening. Mr H. W. Rogers presiding. The City Council Club's entry for the Molhuish Shield was declined on account of its late receipt, entries having closed on October 7th. The Sydenham Cricket Club's offer regarding the preparation of pitches on Sydenham Pork was accepted. The chairman reported that Messrs D. Quaid, W. Rnsbridge, S. Cawthcray. and J. Hattersley had been selected to receive coachin? by J. Newman. The following team was selected to represent the Association against Amuri for the Sub-Association Shield on November 20th and 21st. at Lancaster Park:—E. Taylor, N. V. Archer (Shirley), D. Cox. H. Thompson. R. Langford (Sunnyside), \V. Skelton, W. Ru.«bridge. H. Lilburne (Beckenham), G. Colvine (St. Albans), H. King (W.M.C.), V. Quaid and R. Chinnery, twelfth man.
