INTERESTING COURT CASE. (PKKSB ASSOCIATION TILEOBAH.) STRATFORD, November 0. In the Magistrare's Court to-day, Mr T Tate, S.M., fined Bert O'Shannossev 20s for working at his trade on a Siindav in view of a public place. His father" Thomas O'Shannossev, was also charged, but the information against him was dismissed on the ground that he was building a house for his own u«e and not in pursuance of his business or for profit. Both father and son are carpenters by trade. The son -was convicted on the ground that he was following his ordinary calling on the property of somebody else.
