"THE BIG THREE."

Tlib New Zealand Shipping Company's motor-liner Rangitiki is now on her second voyage to the Dominion. She was to leave Southampton yesterday for Auckland and Wellington, via the Panama Canal, and is due at the northern port about October 31st. It is understood that Captain E. T. Smith is still in command of the Rangitiki. Auckland will also be the first Dominion port of call for the second big motor-ship, the Rangitata. which will leave Southampton on November 22nd on her maiden voyage to New Zealand. She is expected to arrive at Auckland about December 24th. It is understood that Captain J. L. B. Hunter, formerly of the Rotorua, will command the Rangitata. The third of the sister ships, the Rangitane, will start her maiden voyage to New Zealand on December 22nd. and is due at Wellington about January 22nd. Captain A. W. McKellar. R.N.R., formerly of the Runpehu and Remuera, will probably command the Rangitane.
