FIGURES SHOW IMPROVEMENT. (BSTTI3B CUPTICIAL WXWILMS.) RUGBY. September 84. The total number of unemployed o n September 16th was 1,147,800. This was 2192 less than a week before aad 145,15$ less than a year before. Bach of the last five weeks has shown a small decrease, the total having been reduced in that period bv 21,800.
