GRAND THEATRE.
— — 4 - A haunted house hag an attraction of its own—when seen on the screen—but when the wealthy owner is murdered, presumably by a gigantic ape, and the rest of his household threatened with a similar fate, mystery and thrills are provided sufficient to satisfy the most eager melodrama lover. The director of "The Gorilla" has skilfully incorporated in this picture, now showing at the Grand Theatre, besides eerie and apparently supernatural effects, some delightful comedy and, of course, the usual love story. The second picture, "Guardians of the Wild," stars Jaftk Psrein and._ his wonder horse. Rex, "the king of wild horses." Another chapter of the serial, ' 'Tarsan, - the Mighty," and several comedies, cartoons, and gazettes, complete -an excellent, programme.
