GIFT PARTY.
At her home in Hereford street, Miss Pessy Hollander gave a "Bine Shower" party in honour of Miss Olive Hight, who is to be married this week. An entertaining competition was won by Miss Rona Fayille, and delightful pianoforte solos, which were greatly appreciated, were g»Ten by Miss Marjorie Alexander. Miss Hight | wore a dainty frock of biskra celanese marocain with touches of silver The guests included Mesdames Hight, Jos. Hollander, Jack Hollander, E. Woolf, I. McGregor, Sam Hollander, A. M. Hollander. Misses Olive Hight, Mary Hight, Gwen Morrish, Ruth Clarke, Enid Horton, Rona Faville, Lucy McGregor, Marjorie Alexander, Beatrice Love, Alice Polson, Molly Rooks, Eileen Fricker. Paula Cross, and Esther and Ruth Hollander.
