Canada has taken her position as an autonomous country, and is to&» ceded to have an equality status. Parliament, within its sphere, would have complete authority to say that its enactments shall not be subject to Imperial reservations. At the British Government can disallow toy Act of the Canadian Parliament. It is understood here that all the Dominions will ask for the repeal of the Colonial Laws Validity Act.—-Aus-tralian Press Association.
