MA LOLA LEAVES SAN FRANCISCO (Received September 22nd, 11 p.m.) (untie mass amocxvtiok—m sLScraio vaLsaaATß—eocYaiaat.) SAN FRANCISCO. September 21. The Malola, with 325 passengers, sailed to-day on a tour ol the Orient and Australia. The Mayor (Mr Rolph) ia unable to make the trip, but Mr Robert Lynch, vice-president of the gan Francisco Chamber of Oonuneroe, will manage the tour. It is indicated that it is the manager's plan to have elaborate entertainmenta cm board the liner, in reciprocating hospitality shown to the party at the porta of C *A great crowd saw the vessel leave and she waa escorted through the Golden Gate by a fleet of rraft. with whistles blowing and oe.nd playing.—Australian Press Association
