Details of New Zealand'* latest loan conversion operation will be placed before the House of Representatives tomorrow by the Prime Minister (Sir Joseph Wfird). Wlien seen to-day, Sir Joseph said he had no comment to make on the cable message indicating that the loan had been underwritten, but intimated that the preliminaries had been satisfactorily concluded. A statement on the subject would be made to the Houm to-morrow.
