ROME, September 14.
Signer Mussolini, in * n important speech at the Palazzo Venetia, dealing with the Cabinet changes recently announced, explained that the Fascist Militia Police Council and State Court of Accounts remained under his coatrol. "Never before have I J o ?*® strong Fascism's reality, by which the State is centred in <> ne person, who is the complete master," he said. _ Some idolators call Italy a dictatorship—we acknowledge that it is a dictatorship lying in the political, moral, and intellectual force of the man who exercises it, and the objects at which he aims—that is a faet, and a necessity.' 1 He added that reports that the Fascist Party was suppressing itself were grotesque, and denounced attackers who accused Fascist leaders A f dishonesty; on the contrary, they were deserving of all esteem. He declared that Italian exiles were drowning themselves in ridicule. "1 have often asked myself whether an amnesty can be granted such a herd of sheep, afflicted with such mortifying stupidity, or the criminals responsible for bombing Italian women and children," he concluded.—Australian Press Association, United Service.
