(Received September 13th, 144 a.m.) SHANGHAI, September 13, An alleged official report from Shenyang, describing a Soviet attaok on Chalnor on September 10th, claims that approximately 100 Chinese were killed or wounded. It estimates that between 300 and 400 .Russians were slain before tho Bussians retreated. Soviet gunboats are reported to he active in the Amur river region. The Chinese have mined the entrance to the Sungari river. Harbin reports the wholesale arfflst of Kussian citizens, who have bees interned.
Marshal Chang H9ueh-liang, the Manchurian warlord, reports that negotiations for the settlement of the rail way dispute are proceeding slowly.
