COMMUNIST AGITATORS CAUSE STOPPAGE. (vkitbo raasa association—sv bucctkio TXLIOBAFH —COPYBIQHT.) DELHI, August 5. A complete stoppage in the Bengal jute nulla la threatened, owing to Communist agitators, whose influence haa thrown idle 120,000 men. Nine more mills stopped to-day. Forty per cent, of the looms in the industry are idle. The weavers declare that they are satisfied with their conditions, but declare that they were threatened with molestation if they went to work. - Australian Press Association.
