♦ AUSTRALIAN TRADES HALL DELEGATES. (UKITED PBBS9 ASSOCIATION —BY ELECTRIC TELEGBAPH —COPYBIGHT.) TOKIO, July 26. Three Australian Trades Hall delegates at the Pan-Pa?ific Conference were prohibited from landing at Kobe, from where they intended to go to Vladivostok. No reason was elicited for their detention. Later the authorities decided to deport the delegates.— Australian Press Association.
