AIR FORCE CHANGES.

MAJOR WILKES TO GO TO ENGLAND. Major T. M. Wilkes, Director of Air Service* for New Zealand, will leave for England on August 3rd, and will be attached to the British Air Ministry for two years. While he is away Wing-Commander Grant Dalton. R.A!F., will be Director of Air Services, but as he is not due to arrive in New Zealand for nearly two months. Major L. M. Isitt, who is in charge of the new Hobsonville Base, trill assume command in the meantime, and will transfer his headquarters to Wellington. Flight-Lieutenant S. \\ allingford, R.A.F., who arrived m New Zealand from England a few days ago. will take charge at Hobsonville until Major Isitt's return.
